Inviting all high school guys and girls to join us on Sunday, December 21st (the Sunday before Christmas) for a trip to see the National Christmas Tree in DC! We'll be carpooling from the church building at 2:30pm and head to Vienna Metro. (Please bring money for the metro! It's $4.60 to and from, so $9.20 round-trip.) We'll aim to be back by 8pm. We'll also be eating dinner in the city.
Please remember to bring money for the metro and dinner. (We'll probably eat at McDonald's near the Christmas tree.) Also remember to bring warm clothes! Just gonna go out on a limb here *pause for laughter* and guess that it's gonna be somewhat chilly. Coats, scarves, earmuffs, fuzzy socks, snuggies, space heaters, whatever it takes and you're willing to bring, bring it! (Maybe not space heaters...)
There will be no youth group that Sunday evening.
